      Treasures report:  Approved, Motion L. Johnson, 2nd R. Cooper

 

    1. Committee Reports

Architectural Committee: Approved 4 requests, 1 rejection 427 Trout Blvd

Pond Committee:  Ron Cooper reported the BOD after hearing from pond management

and members of association living around pond to increase spraying in pond.

 

               B   Review of residency applications: 5 new applications for residency were approved     

               C   Non-Compliance Report: 20 Letters were sent out  

               D   Legal Report & update: Nothing to report        

               E   Manager’s report: There are 6 foreclosures

   

                        Update on service providers: None

3        OLD BUSINESS:

4        NEW BUSINESS: S. Larson explained the reason for forming a fining committee.  How now everyone pays the legal bills, and with the committee only the violators will pay for his own cost. And could end up in small claims court.

5        The BOD have signed a contract to place pavers around pool deck for a cost of $25,595.00.
