Committee Reports:

Architectural Committee: R. Cooper reported on applications at 423, 507,132,129,100,523,158

Pond Committee: No Report

Orientation/Greeting Committee: Mary Wilkinson submitted written report: 2 interviews done in January

Nominating Committee: Chrm. R. Rose submitted letter nominating

Sandy Larson, Les Johnson, Ron Cooper for the 3 openings for Director.

Review of residency applications: Received applications from 2 families.

Non-Compliance Report: Sent 25 letters out mostly for mold

Legal Report & update: Still awaiting decision from Judge

Manager’s report: 6 homes have liens, 1 in foreclosure.

Residents should check with the Post Office before moving Mailboxes

Update on service providers

Pool Pump: Still awaiting arrival next week

Sump Pump: Replaced under warranty.

Director’s report: Nothing

Candidates Bob Chapin, Ron Cooper, Les Johnson and Sandy Larson gave brief statements.

President's report: Will appoint election committee.
