GULL AIRE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION

                                                ANNUAL MEETING

                                            Tuesday February 23, 2010

                                            Meeting opened at 7:30 pm

 

Budget Meeting:

Called to order at 7:30pm

All five directors were present. S. Larson, L. Johnson, A. Stanovich, R. Lyttle, and R. Cooper.

President Larson:

Recognized Lawyers: Joseph Cianfrone and Stephen Nikoloff.

Ameri-Tech representatives Mike Perez and Gary Moore

Treasurer Andrea Stanovich explained hiring Cclean Cleaning Service Feb 1 necessitated a change from $526 to $700 a month in account #6410.  The additional money was moved from the Operating Contingency account.  President Larson asked if there any questions before ratifying the budget. Resident Fred Anderson asked a question and received an answer from Joe Cianfrone and Mike Perez.

A motion to ratify the 2010-2011 budget was made by R. Lyttle, 2nd A. Stanovich.  All in favor, motion passed.

Budget Meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm

Annual meeting

Association attorney Joe Cianfrone certified proxies and members present established a quorum.  183 needed to certify a quorum, actual count 259 present/and or proxies’.

Proof of Notice Avadavat of annual meeting had been certified. Nominations from

Floor requested, no nominations were received.  Motion to close nominations.  A Motion to waive the reading of last year’s Annual Meeting minutes was made, Virginia Johnson 2nd, motion passed.

Andrea Stanovich read the annual treasures report.

President gave a year-end report on improvements and repairs to Gull Aire Village.

Questions and Answers from membership.

The Results of the election of 3 Board Members were received. The elected members are Ron Cooper 201, Les Johnson 187, and Sandy Larson 172. Robert Chapin 105.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:20 pm.

Immediately following the Annual and Budget meeting the election of officers was done.

It was decided to keep the same officers. President S. Larson, 1st Vice President R. Lyttle, 2nd Vice President Ron Cooper, Treasurer Andrea Stanovich and Secretary Les Johnson.
